Estimate only – not legal, tax or HR advice. This tool applies FY2026 (令和8年度) statutory rates to a simplified model (standard-remuneration grades, bonus caps, two equal bonus payments). Actual premiums depend on the grade fixed at hiring and at the annual September review, on your company’s health-insurance society (if not Kyokai Kenpo), merit rates for workers’ comp, and other circumstances. Rates change every April (and some mid-year). Verify figures with a licensed shakai hoken roumushi (社会保険労務士) before budgeting or making offers.
